Application
JOEO Electrodynamic shaker is used to test a wide range of products in several major industries. Typical test applications include the development and screening of electronic hardware, such as circuit boards, relays, filters, power supplies, receivers, transmitters, portable computers, disk drives, CD drives, printers, monitors, cellular phones, pagers, and other computer and communications products. In the automotive industry, JOEO electrodynamic shaker are used to test components such as alternators, starters, batteries, instrument packs, ignition switches, engines and suspension components.

Medium Force Electrodynamic Shaker

Description:

JOEO electrodynamic shaker consists of a power amplifier with ultra sturdy silicon carbide (SiC), an electrodynamic shaker table, an integrated DC magnetic field power supply, a remote cooling blower, and an isolation base configuration, providing vibration isolation for the surrounding environment of the building. The vibration test system also includes an EMI shielding console with three-phase line filtering, interface wiring, integrated safety interlocking, and a fully functional interface panel for power amplifiers. All systems are directly coupled to achieve maximum rated performance without the need to reconnect transformers or switch circuits. JOEO electrodynamic shaker supports various shake testing applications, including product development and design consistency, qualification, and certification.

  • The control circuit and display frequency adopt digital control, with PID adjustment function, making the equipment work more stable and reliable.
  • Sweep frequency and fixed frequency working modes can adapt to the testing requirements of different industries, solve the interference of strong electromagnetic fields on control circuits, increase working time settings, and achieve accurate testing time for testing products.
  • Dual magnetic circuit structure ensures high magnetic field strength and reduces magnetic leakage; Special demagnetization structure can reduce magnetic leakage to below 1mt
  • U-shaped springs, rollers, and linear bearings with strong resistance to eccentric loads
  • Using air spring for vibration isolation; The vibration system can work stably even under heavy loads;
  • Provide protection devices for overheating, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, etc., as well as protection devices for overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase loss in the power grid;
  • Drive power supply, current limiting, soft start, over temperature, short circuit, module fault protection
  • Capable of completing sinusoidal, random, and shock environmental tests

Control System or Oscillator Required:
In addition to the compact vibration generator and power amplifier unit, a vibration control system or function generator, accelerometer and charge amplifier may be required for your application.
